ATTENTION: Carpool Line Protocol
Drop off: If your child is in a car seat, please unbuckle while waiting for your turn to drop off. Please do not get out of your car. We need to make space for neighborhood residents to be able to get in and out of their neighborhoods.
Pickup: JICS staff can not buckle your child into their seat by law. You are required to do this after your child is placed in their car seat. Do not get out of your car, but instead pull into a parking space to get your children settled before heading home.

Battle of the Books
3rd through 5th grade students are encouraged to sign up for Battle of the Books. Sign-ups start Sept. 9th during lunch from 11:45 to 12:15. The $25 fee is billed separately. Check out the link below!
PTF Meeting
We will have our first PTF planning meeting in the conference room on Tuesday, September 3, at 9 AM. NOTE: Sept. 3rd is a late-in school day. Carpool opens at 8:40 AM and school begins at 9 AM.

Athletic Shoes
Please be sure on PE days all students have appropriate athletic shoes. Lower School should come wearing athletic shoes on their assigned PE days and Upper School should bring athletic shoes as part of their uniform if they are not already wearing them.
School Start Time
Carpool opens at 7:40 AM and closes at 7:55 AM. You will need to check your child in at the front desk after 7:55 AM.

Moms in Prayer
Join our JICS community in lifting up our teachers, students and families in prayer. Moms in Prayer takes place every Friday morning in the JICC Sanctuary after morning carpool drop off (8:15 AM). No signup is required. Contact Jennifer Batliner at jbatliner@gmail.com with questions!
Middle School Retreat

Upper School Parent Night
Upper School Parent night will be held on September 3rd from 6 PM- 7:30 PM. We hope to see all Upper School parents.
High School Retreat
High School retreat will be September 11th-13th. Details will be sent out in the next week.

JICC 24 Hour Prayer - SEPT 6-7th
24 hour Prayer will start 7 PM and continue through the next day 7 PM. Childcare is available Friday evening from 7-9 PM! This will take place in the Upper Room at JICC. (12 Sawgrass Rd.) Click the link below to sign up!
Archery & Sporting Clay Parent Meeting - SEPT 9th
Is your child 4th grade or older and interested in Archery or sporting Clay? There is a mandatory parent meeting Monday, September 9th at 6:30 PM in the JICS gym. Your presence is required due to the nature of these sports, we look forward to seeing you there!
End of Day Pick Up Protocol
Students cannot be checked out from the front office after 2:45 PM. You will be required to pick up your child in carpool after 2:45 PM.
No After School Drop In
New in 2024-2025, JICS After Care will no longer accept drop in students.
JICS All Season Sports Pass
All Season JICS Sports Passes are now available for purchase! Passes are $100 and give access to any JICS home game throughout the season. Passes are available at the gate and are limited to immediate family members.
