*Additional fees associated with enrollment at James Island Christian School that are not covered by tuition include, but are not limited to: Athletics, Jr. Lions, Clubs, School Lunches, Extended Care and Yearbooks. These fees do not include additional personal expenses such as uniforms and school supplies.

James Island Christian School uses FACTS Grant and Aid to assess the financial needs of those who apply for assistance. Families are encouraged to apply early as funds are limited. PAYMENT PLANS
James Island Christian School offers two payment plan options.
Annual Tuition (June 1st)
- Full tuition (100%) is drafted through FACTS.
- Families paying in full will also receive a 2.5% discount.
10 Month Payment Plan
- Tuition is paid over the span of 10 months between June 1st - March 1st
12 Month Payment Plan
- Monthly drafts are made through FACTS between June 1st - May 1st.
*A FACTS set-up fee of $55 per family will be charged for monthly payment plans.
2025-2026 TUITION INSURANCE FAQ
Why do I need the Tuition Refund Plan?
We know that situations change and that you may experience an unexpected need to withdraw. Tuition insurance is intended to help with the withdrawal fees in these situations.
What does the plan cover?
- Withdrawal or absence for medical reasons: The Plan will pay 75% of the unused yearly insured fees, provided the student’s injury or sickness forces the student to withdraw from school or medical absence lasts for 31 or more consecutive calendar days.
- Withdrawal for other than medical reasons: The Plan will pay 60% of the unused yearly insured fees provided the student has withdrawn from school after attending more than fourteen consecutive calendar days beginning with the student’s first class day of attendance in the academic year.
- Dismissal from the school: The Plan will pay 60% of the unused yearly insured fees provided the student is dismissed from school after attending more that one calendar day beginning with the student’s first class day of attendance in the academic year.
What is the coverage period?
- MEDICAL: From July 1 through the last day of the academic year.
- NON-MEDICAL: For the entire academic year after meeting the fourteen-day attendance requirement.
- DISMISSAL: For the entire academic year after meeting the one-day requirement.
How do I submit a claim?
Please contact the Admissions Office to begin the process of submitting a claim. Claims must be reported within 30 days from the date of separation. Benefit payment is made to the school to be credited to the student’s account. Benefits not required to settle your account with the school, if any, will be refunded to you by the school.
What is the cost?
The cost of the Plan is 2.2% of yearly tuition per student and is due July 1. 2025-2026 school year is outlined below.
